Before the hen party gets into full swing, take 3 or 4 of the groom’s male friends. Ask them 20 questions about the groom. At the hen party, have everyone test the bride as to how much she knows about her groom. Let the guests write down how many of the twenty questions they think she will get right.
You can even take bets! After all, this is a hen party game. Get a buck from each guest and the winner will get 1/2 of the money. The other half can be spent buying drinks for the hen!

A slightly easier alternative version (see below for details) is known as Spots.
This tongue-twisting drinking game requires any number of players around a table, a cork and a lighter or matches.
How to Play
First of all, assign a number to each player around the table (i.e. numbers 1 to 7 if there are 7 players). Then, using the lighter or matches, burn and blacken one end of the cork.
There are two pieces of terminology used in the game:
- ibble dibble – which is used to refer to players in the game
- dibble ibble – which is used to refer to a black mark on a player’s face made by the cork
The first person starts by passing play onto somebody else by stating the following information:
- Who they are
- How many black marks they have
- Who they are passing play onto
- How many black marks that player has
For example, if player 1 passes onto player 3, then they say:
“This is number 1 ibble dibble with no dibble ibbles calling number 3 ibble dibble with no dibble ibbles.”
Player 4 then immediately responds in a similar fashion, passing on to whoever they choose. If there are any hesitations, incorrect wording or getting the number of dibble ibbles wrong, then the culprit receives a black mark from the cork on the face and drinks 2 fingers.
Later play might therefore include statements such as:
“This is number 2 ibble dibble with 4 dibble ibbles calling number 5 ibble dibble with 7 dibble ibbles.”

I Never is a classic getting to know each other game that can have hilarious consequences when played with a bunch of rowdy hens! For this game, you need to have free flowing drinks. The game start with a phrase “I have never” while the party members will sit around. For example, “I have never been to Paris.” If anyone in the group has done this, she needs to take a shot. Slowly, you will see more of your friends taking their shot of drinks. The one who downs most of the drinks is the ‘I Never’ winner!

What can go wrong on a day with you and the rest of your gang celebrating your next hen party at the horse races? The only thing you can surely bet on is that you are going to have a lot of fun. There are going to be a lot of people to watch, a lot more to gossip about, some free flowing drinks supplied by us, and some great fun to drool over!
Don’t forget the glamour and the glitz of the world of fashion though you can forget about spending a fortune on a summer dress as that won’t really be necessary. What will be necessary is that you come prepared to lose a little, but it’s all light hearted fun. If you are not the betting type and have not attended such racing events ever before, this will be a nice race day out for you. You can try your beginner’s luck.
If you do get lucky and get that bet on the winner, your winnings can be used to buy more drinks! All that will be in the spirit of the race day hen party that you can plan with us.
